Avinguda dels Garrofers, is a 2-storey four-bedroom house 200 m2 in area. It is located in a quiet position on a slope in Sant Andreu de LLavaneras. It offers a 2000 m2 private property with garden and swimming pool. It accommodates up to nine people.
On the ground floor: the large living room is with TV and exit to the garden; a dining room with exit to the patio; one room with 1 bed (90 cm); kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave and freezer; and bath/toilet.
On the upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and bath/toilet, 1 room with 1 french bed, 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds; 2 baths/toilet.
Facilities also include: table tennis, basketball, garden furniture, barbecue, washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking for 2 cars are available. Groups of teenagers on request only.
