On the ground floor; one room with one french bed, the kitchen in the entrance is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven and micro wave and a separate toilet. On the upper floor: a shower, one room with one french bed and one room with one bed and one french bed.

There is a large terrace, south-east facing position, a small patio, north facing position. Facilities: washing machine and barbecue. Please note: TV only FR.

Shop 300 m, restaurant, café 150 m, 5 minute walk to the centre. Marina 3 km, sailing school 3 km, tennis 3 km, riding stables 4 km. Nearby attractions: Centre Balnéoludique de Gruissan 12 km.
